  I was so excited when I found this faucet. It was beautiful, and appeared to be a good value. However, within 3 months of being installed in my kitchen, it has begun to rust. I first noticed rust on the soap dispenser, which I can clean off, but it reappears daily. And now I'm finding rust on the faucet itself. I had this faucet installed by professionals, as part of a remodel. It looks like I'm going to have to pay them to remove it & install a new one, which will use up all the money I "saved" on this faucet in the first place. I'm extremely disappointed in this purchase. It's a piece of junk.

  As soon as we opened the box, we saw that the spigot would not even stay up in the faucet. We realized that it would always hang out below the faucet. This could have been checked in the quality assurance dept. before leaving Overstock. Now we have to pay $** to send it back. What a waste of time and money Not happy!

  This is a beautiful faucet, and you certainly can't beat the price! Very easy to install, no special tools needed (it recommends a basin wrench, but used a regular wrench with no issues). The finish is beautiful, and the spray pattern is perfect. We have had this for about a month and LOVE it. The soap dispenser works great (we did have to water down the soap a bit though).

  I have had this faucet in my kitchen for 4-1/2 years and am about to purchase a second one for a home we are redoing and will move into. I have been extremely happy with the faucet. It looks and works as good as when I first bought it.

  I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Love the look of the long neck and the water flow from the faucet is great! No over spray, just a good steady powerful flow. The sprayer is very heavy and sturdy. It has a good flow, but not as powerful as I would like, but not bad.
