I ordered one LIKE this one - a different brand name, can't remember what it was - for about the same price a few years ago (for a different house). It wasn't a "big-name" faucet, but it was certainly of heavier-duty quality than this Moen. I expected a bit more from Moen, but in spite of seeming a little "light-weight", it works well and I'm happy enough with it. It looks very nice too.
Product looks quite nice and is as expected from the online pictures and descriptions. Functionally, the lever is very stiff, making it hard to turn on the water without it going to full blast. So adjusting the spray level is a challenge. I like that it comes with a soap dispenser, but the pump continually rusts from the inside and dispenses orange goo with the soap. Very disappointed.
I was very impressed with the quality of this faucet. I have not yet installed it but I am confident it will work perfectly.
I have never had a problem with Kohler. If you were it out over time - they replace it. Their quality is top notch and the service is even better.
We had no problems with this order at all. Our faucet arrived on time and it was neatly wrapped. We installed it ourselves, and that was a breeze. Most of the time when we install something ourselves there is one step that goes wrong, but not with this one. This faucet works very well, and it looks so nice. In fact, we are going to get a new sink to match it. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.
