Excellent knives for the price. The only concern I have is that it looses it's edge quickly and has to be re-sharpened often

The knives are nice looking and comfortable to use. They aren't as sharp as I expected, but I have an electric knife sharpener, so it's not a problem. The case looked much sturdier in the picture. I take my knives with me when I cater, and I had thought this would be ideal, but not so. The plastic case is flimsy and I don't think it will last very long. However, they were inexpensive enough and will do for my purposes.

I purchased this set for my son for Christmas. He loves them. They are nice and sharp. He thinks they will be a big help while in Culinary school. He has already been trying them out at home with a few of his favorite recipes. They are well built and have a very friendly hand grip.
