I was familiar with this product before I purchased it and had looked it over at local stores. It does everything it claims to do and the bag roll is made of a heavy duty material which would be very difficult to penetrate or tear accidentally. I have used it several times since receiving it and its easy to use and very easy to clean up after use. If there are any drawbacks, it would be that many items need to be pre frozen in a dish, pan, etc and then packaged in the food saver. I registered the product per instructions and received several offers from the mfg of discounted rolls and other items which I have ordered. All in all I am pleased with this product. I do a LOT of canning and freezing in the summer months and this is a big help to me.

I think this is a wonderful product. My mother-in-law recommended it. It's so easy to use. Comes with instructions on the inside as well as a CD you can view. The instructions are so easy to follow. Definately would recommend to friends and family members.
