very fast,response -delivered in just a few days. It is as advertised,-- brushed nickel, Shopped for several weeks at major home improvement stores and bouhgt 3. Installed one and it was not nicklle It showed water spots after every use. This make/model does not. a great buy price

I basically like the faucet but I wish I had been told that while it is advertised to be a single hole faucet, it doesn't have a kit to install it as a single hole faucet. My sink only has one hole and a small platform for the faucet. This faucet, while it installs with only one hole, has a base plate that covers the area of 2 or 3 holes and is not functional for my sink. I've gone on line, ordered the part I think will make this faucet work but I do wish I had been warned in the literature that is is made for sinks with 2 or more hole area to cover.
