  • So excited about the quality of this piece

Bought this for the grandchildren. I was a bit nervous as I wanted something that would hold up to small children coloring, eating etc.... I did NOT want veneer! It truly is solid wood----I decided to put TUNG oil on it for further protection. We paired it with 2 furry poufs and it is adorable---durable and perfect!!!!

This vanity set was a gift for my 12 year old daughter. The table is well packaged and arrived very quickly. The instructions were easy to follow and all the parts were labeled. The vanity is cute, a bit on the small side, but does look exactly as the picture. The bench is awful. One leg was very poorly constructed (the screws that hold the leg to the seat would not lock into the nut - it wanted to come out of the hole making assembly impossible). I contacted Overtock.com for a new leg. Overstock.com was very helpful and did find a replacement leg and I received it very quickly. I put the bench together and thought "great" - I was wrong. The bench was assembled maybe two days and I noticed that one of the legs was bent forward. Same problem - the two screws that secure the leg to the bench top were coming out of the nut. Impossible to fix. Waste of money.

Loved the table and it's ready to paint in cream to match cute chair that I had. My 2-year old loves to play and read while sitting it at..

I am a new grandmother and I noticed the adult furniture was just too big and the high chair isolated my grandson away from making choices about his toys. I liked the idea that I could put the smaller size table and chairs away when he isn't here and helped keep my home in a more "adult" mode. It came quickly and set up easily but the big drawback is that the table legs are screw in and don't just fold away to put away like the adult folding tables. You also have to keep track of the legs if you do put it away even temporarily. Colors are great, He's only 18 months but room is limited so we went with this set but read carefully about features and size. Chairs are light and thin plastic but sturdy enough for him.
