Though solid, it sits kind of weird because of its construction. But it looks nice and will look even better once we purchase a padded top for it.

Easy to put together, and looks beautiful in my living room. Throughout the day I have baby toys everywhere. It makes it so easy to just clean them up and put them in there when you need the house to look presentable. Looks like the mess never happened. The wood is a little thin, but it's real wood and I think what we got was great for the price. If you are looking for the real heavy, thick toy chest you will probably end up paying a good $300-400. But this does the job I need it to and like I said it looks great.

This toy chest is perfect for us. It holds a lot of items, and blocks the fireplace too. Assembly was not very difficult and we really love that the lid doesn't slam shut. Our daughter can safely open the lid and grab toys out and it's much easier to just toss everything in there at the end of the day.

Very nice toy box with safety lid and air holes in back. There was a slight surface scratch on one side, but a little shoe polish will fix that and, therefore, not worth returning. It is a good size and will hold many toys, etc.

I thought this toy box would have been larger, but it was perfect for what i needed it for. The assebly didnt take long, however it wasnt quite clear how the springs attached. Once I figured it out, we loaded up the box with almost all my son's toys (may take some placing of toys, depending on what you need to add to close the top). Looks nice and doesnt take up too much space.

Nice toybox. Easy to put together. Solid wood top and sides but particle board bottom. Lid doesn't quite shut all the way and the holes didn't properly align. Still a nice product.

A LEGO organizer's dream come true. Researched many bookshelves for the playroom and these were the best value around. Would have preferred a selection of bin colors instead of just brights of the rainbow but considering you don't have to buy each individual bin it is a great value. We bought two of these and stacked them in a mini walk in closet for our six year old boy's playroom and they held thousands of LEGO's.

We love this toy box. It was for my 15mo son. We needed a nice toy box to get all his toys out of our living room. The toy box is nicely finished and sturdy. We love the fact that it has a pinch proof let, as our son has very small hands. We also love the fact that the lid stays in any position that you leave it. The only problem that I had was that one of the screw holes was over sized and I had to use a bigger screw to secure that one corner. Other than that this was a excellent purchase and I would defiantly recommend to a friend.

This product is a good value for the price. Product was a little tricky to put together, since it is held together by mostly wooden dowels and a few locking screws. Once you get the hang of it assembly goes quickly. Our cabinets had a few nicks in the wood finish, but they were easily covered with wood tones markers. Good size bins for small toys like cars and legos. Overall, we are pleased with this purchase.

This bookcase is sturdy and handsome, and came well-packaged. No assembly required, unless you'd like to hide the screws with the little wooden wedges that were included. Otherwise, just fold out and use. The wood grain and stain (I purchased the Espresso) was less pretty than a similar folding bookcase I had previously purchased from The Container Store. However, this bookshelf, being a bit narrower than a standard bookshelf, perfectly fit the space I had for it. The listed dimensions are accurate. I am very happy with this purchase.

This toy box is great! I love that it won't slam shut no matter how far open you have it - very clever. The only risk for getting fingers caught is on the sides. It's very spacious and looks good amongst other furniture that I bought elsewhere that was also labeled as "espresso". I'm happy with this purchase.

Just what I wanted..blends in with the rest of my darker wood and looks great. Kids sit on it, in it..and it's holding up great. Slow closing hinges so they won't get hurt. It has gotten scratched up a tiny bit..but that's to be expected with toys being tossed in etc. and nothing a little furniture marker can't fix!

I remolded my nephews bedroom and this storage cabinet looks really cute in his room. He is a messy kid so all the storage bins gives him extra space for all his toys.

The bins are small and the boxes within cannot hold much. It appears larger, or I thought it would be anyway, than it actually is. Looks cute in my grandson's bedroom, but not very functional.

Wish it was for adults! Seems decent quality otherwise though.

Good piece for the price. The quality is okay. it's not a real solid, heavy piece, but it gets the job done and looks nice.

This toy box perfectly matches my grandson's espresso bedroom set. I didn't want a toy chest that was too "babyish" and I think he'll be able to use this for a long time. Assembly was easy, my husband and I built it in 1/2 an hour. It is sturdy enough and the quality is decent, certainly better than I expected for the price I paid. I like that the front of the box is lower so that little fingers can't get smashed, and was pleased to find that there were handholds cut into the sides to be able to pick it up and move it if necessary. We did have a little issue with the lid not quite touching in the front, and it seems to be because of the design. We just put a little stick on felt pad on each front corner of the lid and it solved the problem. My only complaint is that the screw heads are exposed on both sides. It's not a big deal because they are on the side, but it would have been nice if they had included wooden plugs to cover them. To dress it up a little, I've ordered a little brass plate with his name on it. I think he'll get years of use out of it.
