Arrived with a broken leg and a little beat up. My husband watched the UPS driver unload it by dropping it. The driver said he had no hand cart that day. Anyway, Overstock was great about keeping us updated and sending us the broken leg. The dresser is perfect for our young daughter's room. Easy to put together.

Cheaply Made: Not for anyone over 100 pounds

    Mar 15, 2015

    Susan R. Rating:2.0

For very young children only...Although, this bunkbed looks very nice it is cheaply made with "crappy" Pinewood. It is not made for anyone over 100 pounds. The ladder, I wouldn't put a 50 pound child on it for fear it would break(even if we had received the fifth step). Along with no instructions, there were many missing parts: nuts, bolts, screws, and step. Thank goodness we had put furniture together in the past. The cross support beams were to short. Which for us, turned out as a good thing. We purchased, at Home Depot, solid oak to help reinforce this bunkbed. This bunkbed is being used in our cottage-for our college students. Now, it will be able to hold(safely) a 190 pound person on the top bunk. We did not have to option to retutn this(or I would have) but I felt I should warn you before you buy.
