  After reading some of the reviews, I thought I should leave one. This is a great changer- and is currently being used by our second child. Yes, it did survive the first child, and No- she did not fall through!! Yes, it is a wood composite as the descriptions states, so it is not as sturdy as real wood. However, it is sturdy and I have no reservations about laying my child on it. We did receive a different pad as a gift, so I cannot comment on the one included- but I do believe it would get the job done! The storage is incredible- we are able to store tons of wipes, diapers, blankets, etc. in the changer. I have recommended this changer to friends/family and they too love the changer.

  I wanted a bean bag. A bag of beans. What I got was foam pieces, not a single bean. This creates a huge problem. The pillow (which let us be honest is what it is) is very hard and does not actually mold around your body when you sit on it. Yes, sit on it; you do not sit IN it as you would traditional bean bags. The second big problem, is that it creates a huge amount of static electricity. It is continually zapping people get off of it. I am surprised no one else has spotted this problem, or maybe they can't be bothered to review it. A complete and utter waste of money.
