Ordered 11/10, received 11/15/12, free delivery so all that was good. Box was damaged in shipment but product was OK... box could be made of heavier cardboard as UPS doesn't handle anything heavy, as this box was, with any care at all. Assembly instructions are OK. If you've put a lot of stuff together they're fine. The product is very nice. It's hard to find a glider that also reclines and this one does. It has two handles, one to fix the recline position and one to stop the glide action. The hassock is nice also. It is very easy and effortless to glide with your feet on the hassock. The cushions are microfiber and are thick enough to be comfortable. The arm cushions are a very nice touch. All in all, the product is very nice, but I feel the price is about $*** - *** too high for what you get.

The headboard is sturdy, solid wood and very, very, very easy to put together. It took less than 10 minutes to assemble. I would usually pay extra for extra and assembly which means I usually end up with sub-par furniture. I don't expect it to last long and it doesn't. However, in this case, I am expecting the headboard to last a very long time. The quality is excellent. The color is spot-on and it is really a beautiful piece of furniture for a very reasonable price. Thanks O.co

I am very pleased with this memory foam sack! I got it in the color pewter and it goes perfectly with my "corduroy" couch! I like to sit on the floor and this is perfect for that. It's very comfortable, good quality and not just a "bean bag" chair. It is perfect for lounging, watching a movie, or typing on a laptop. It is almost big enough for two small people or children. When it arrived, it felt hard as a rock, and I had to cut the entire box apart to get it out. I wasn't really sure where to begin to fluff it up. It came with no instructions on how to "fluff" it. I kept it zipped up and just started trying to break it down. It was a bit of a workout grabbing the foam and "breaking" it up into the tiny pieces. It began to fluff up and the little memory foam "beads" started filling up the sack. When I first sat on it, it still felt a bit hard, so I just fluffed it up some more, and it is now feeling comfy. It took me about 10-15 min to fluff it, and could probably still use a bit more fluffing, but I got tired of fluffing it up haha. Overall, it goes perfectly and I am very happy and would definitely recommend this to a friend. I say cheaper than a recliner, but this sack definitely sits lower to the ground than a recliner, so if you have difficulty getting up, you might want to stick to the recliner.

I am amazed at the quality of this set. I bought it for my 2 grandsons, 10 & 8 who also invite friends for sleepovers & many times sit on it to watch TV. They have had it for a couple yrs now & it has held up incredibly. You cant get one at this price in the furniture stores. I was concerned that the quality wouldn't be good but its really good. As for the set up, my daughter put it together with a friend....I wasn't there so I cant speak to the ease but I didn't hear any complaints. I would not be afraid to order this one!

I spent about 7 months searching for a glider under ***. I didn't want the wood ones since they are rather unattractive and it's challenging to find a nice gray upholstered glider for a reasonable price. I put this together myself with a very large pregnant belly! It took me about 30mins. If you don't have a huge belly in your way it will only take 5/10 mins to assemble. I think it's very comfy. I'm 5'8" and I can lay my head back but the back doesn't go up high enough for my head to be straight up like it would be on a wood glider. It's tilted back slightly. But I still could fall asleep comfortably. The arms are very low so I'm afraid this will be an issue when it comes time to nurse my daughter. I'm hoping my boppy pillow with help. It was very challenging to find a glider in this price range that had high arms and a high enough back sleep in so I knew the arms would be low. The biggest concern with this is the quality. I don't have high hopes this will last more than 2/3 years. My husband is a big guy and I've encouraged him to not use it hoping it will help it last longer. Over all I'm happy with it for the price and look. I got ** off also which made me even happier!!! :)

arrives with the foam "beads" in clumps out of the box so you have to work them out. That's probably the reason you can't return it after you take it out of the box. Took 10-15 minutes and it fluffed up into a nice, comfortable chair. I didn't experience the problem with straps being too loose. Fun and comfy.Durable, heavy fabric. Box was pretty heavy, a good sign, but this isn't super easy to move from room to room. I was worried about shipping. I ordered it on the 4th and didn't receive any notification until the 17th- the day it arrived. I got worried and bought a back up gift b/c I didn't think it would arrive.

I have nieces ranging in age from 10-18 who head for this bag as soon as they get to my house. One has been asking for her own for her birthday. The bag is comfy and has held up well. No problems with the static reported by other reviewers. The bag does need frequent turning if you want to keep it fluffy, but it's not difficult to do as long as you have it in a sufficient sized space. Like any bean bag, this is not suitable for people who have difficulty getting up and down/ in and out of chairs.

I purchased this glider/ottoman set for the birth of my first child. It was the one item I knew I MUST have for my nursery. However, I researched for months. I started looking at chairs in December, but my baby was not due until August. I live in an area that provided only four different glider models to sample between all of the stores in a drivable radius, so I relied on online reviews and descriptions. Hope this one helps. Why I chose this model: 1) Locking mechanism was a must. My hips were slipping out of place during my pregnancy and I feared falling with my child while getting up from a midnight feeding w/out the locking feature. In the end, my hips did okay, but I had a c-section (not planned) and this feature proved to be heaven sent while recovering. I would not have been able to stand up without it! 2) Reclining: My back/spine is out of alignment and puts a lot of pressure on my head causing tension/migraine headaches if I sit too long in the wrong position. The recline provided me options to sit in and to be extremely comfortable during late night feeding. 3) Nursing feature of ottoman: I hadn't nursed before, but it seemed like a must have item from several experienced moms. It is a nice feature to have, though I think I would have been okay with a standard rocking ottoman. It didn't end up being a must-have feature for me. I have only used it a handful of times. 4) Rocking ottoman: Very nice feature for really calming a baby late night. 5) Dark colored fabric: I chose the grey because it was neutral, but a dark print so it wouldn't reveal spit-up stains or other stains from long-term use. I have had to clean up a few spit-ups so far and the fabric looks nice and brand new. 6) Dutailier: I went with this brand for the quality ratings that it had provided for the comfort and durability of the cushions and fabric. The chair is extremely comfortable for me. It has supported me (I was 180lbs at 9 months pregnant and 5'5" and my husband who is 5"10 and 180lbs). Both of us find it comfortable. I am writing this review after 2 months of continued use. Cons: Price! I would have gone with this chair as a slam dunk decision months ago had it not been for the price. It is far more expensive than I wanted it to be, but have dealt with some stability issues with my body in the past that lead to injury and back issues that cause further pain, so in the end I opted for the higher price tag. Overstock was the best value for this particular chair. I purchased the grey wool-like fabric with white wood finish. My husband was disappointed to see that it was a painted wood and not solid, thick natural wood as with some of the $$$ models we'd seen in town.

I stressed over this purchase for months because I could find no reviews over several websites. I purchased in teal and my husband and I were able to assemble in about 10 minutes. The description says good for 3+ but my 18 month old can easily sit on the stool by herself safely. The stools are big enough that my husband and I can also easily sit with her. The "espresso" is just that, not as black as it looks in the pictures. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that I have yet to see how it holds up to the wear and tear of a kids room (only two days in right now... but looking good!)
