I am so glad i got this bed with desk for my daughter. The bed is very sturdy once built and she loves the desk on wheels. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great option for a storage/loft bed.

I wanted extra sleeping room for my shore home and this trundle fits under our bunkbed set. Easily rolls out on the carpet and pushes back under during the day.

The bed looks nice the quality could be better. We had to drill out a couple wholes what were not completely drill out. Their was a spot were the wood came off. The drawers are nice but do not align with the bed as nice as hoped. Overal it is a cute pretty solid bed.

The bed arrived in a timely fashion, in two boxes. It was easy to assemble. It is exactly what was wanted. Thank you.

I ordered this bed for my 4 yr old grandson for his new bedroom. The room was finally finished a few days ago and the bed was assembled. What a big hit. I was surprised by how sturdy and well build the bed is for the price paid. We all love it especially my grandson. I would recommend this bed to anyone with children. It looks great in his red, white and blue room. Thanks Overstock for another GREAT deal.

This bed is beautiful. It is a great buy for its price, but there are 2 things you need to know: 1) there is only 3 bars (3" wide) to support the mattress, so we add 3 more just to feel safe. 2) the head board doesn't go all the way down. It is more a half-piece so you need the box spring in order to cover the gap.

This is a very nice looking bunk bed/futon. It was shipped quickly. It did take a few hours to assemble, but my husband is fairly mechanical and it wasn't too tough to do. The futon itself does pull out much easier than the plain futon couch we have in the basement (which takes acrobatic feats to open or close for one person). So while I love the ease of futon transition and the looks, there a a few things which could be better. First, as others have previously mentioned, it is painful on the feet to climb (especially since my daughter is 12) and takes a little getting used to since the ladder goes straight up. Second, it does seem a little shaky after assembly with much movement on the bed. It's not that I think it will fall apart, it just shakes back and forth some and you wouldn't want a lot of roughhousing going on in it. I'm sure the fact that the pieces have to be small enough to ship leads to this. My sons bed came in larger pieces and doesn't have this problem. All in all though, for the price it will serve our purpose and is a great looking bed.

This product has, in modern terms, just the right amount of assembly required. Enough so I feel like I built it for my daughter with little measuring required. A few hours work is just the ticket. The end product looks just grand. My little girl and her mom are out of town for a month so I haven't seen how it performs against a two-year-old's flurry. But it feels solid and via Skype she's already intrigued. I think the major criticism I have is that I would have been glad to pay the cost of an extra bolt or two. There package came with precisely the right number of parts which makes dropping a bolt or dowel a little more thrilling than it needs to be. Granted, I have had drawers full of **** parts I never needed but zero tolerance for clumsy dads is a harsh new world to contemplate. A nice middle ground would be one extra of common pieces.

This is really a 3-in-1 bed. The twin on top with a full/futon below AND a "couch". It has been great in the kids room and they have loved it. The futon is tricky to assemble, but the rest of the bed is very easy. It's very solid and the white finish looks great. The picture really doesn't do it justice. Great Bunk Bed!

we bought 2 of these beds one in white one in brown for my kids (5 and 6) love them. The things I wanted from the description but could not find out are the dimensions under the bed. so from the floor to the bottom of the bed is 33inches, the kids can not stand under the bed but they can sit and play comfortabley. I am only five foot tall so for me to change the sheets or give the kids a kiss goodnight I need to stand on the ladder or get into the bed, but this is why I decided to get the lower style loft rather than a traditional loft bed. the bedrooms in our house are small so the extra storage space is fantastic. The beds are very easy to put together after you figure out the directions, the pieces are not labeled and are all very similar so make sure you know which is which before you start. You don't really need 2 people, but 4 hands is really helpful. There were a few scratches from shipping and I was going to call overstock about them but once the beds were together I decided you really can't see them. The drapes for the bottom need to be screwed in, the the tape/Velcro comes with it only stays up for a day or two.

I bought two of these for my six and eight year olds, and divided them with a tall, wide shoji screen so that my kids could have their own "rooms." The beds are very basic, and the ladders are not comfortable on the feet. They are quite wobbly, and if wouldn't want more than one kid sleeping in them at a time, so sleepovers will need to involve sleeping bags from now on. However, they are good for the price, and fine for kids.

This bed is good quality and sturdy enough for teens. A little tedious to put together but that's what makes it sturdy and a good product for larger kids.

We desperately needed new beds for the kids (ages fourteen and fifteen). A trip to the local mid-quality furniture store revealed $XXX to $XXX price tags *per bed* and a "ho-hum" selection of styles. My subsequent online research brought me back to Overstock and to these Anderson twin beds (we bought the walnut finish for him and the white finish for her). The beds arrived in a total of six separate boxes (three cartons for each bed). My husband put them together and they both look really great. There is always a certain amount of trepidation over ordering furniture online that requires "assembly," but these beds look as though they could have been delivered in one piece. Also, these are platform beds: I believe that there are a total of twelve slats that get screwed into the frame. This is a bit of a job for the "assembler," but the bed frame is "no nonsense" and a box spring is not required. The kids are comfortable and we're very pleased.

This is the 2nd set of bunk beds that I have purchased for vacation homes. They are an excellent choice for a kid's bunk room. The quality compares to *** and the price is a little less but unlike the *** ones- these are a nice white instead of grey metal so they are more transitional in terms of decor. If you purchase these, get ready for an all-day assembly job and also be sure to get special-sized bunk bed mattresses because the top bunks have a rail but it's not a high-rail so the mattress on top needs to be thin.

My daughter loves this bed! She has had every kid in town over for a play-date since we put it together. I suggest adding the 5 yr warranty plan just because kids can be rough! We've had one piece replaced that was damaged during shipping, but that just goes to show how wonderful your customer service truly is. Thanks a million.

The bed is not very sturdy. It does say that it hold up to 250 lbs go I got it for my 9yr old daughter. She is about 90lbs. I don't know how they expect the kids to get up on the bed!! There is no ladder provided!! The kids are supposed to climb up the front using the shelves. If my daughter didn't like the bed I would have returned it. It is so dangerous that she has to use the shelves to climb up onto the bed and it is very akward to climb down from. Her dad is making a ladder for her. I am very disappointed. I did read that the ladder comes with it but it wasn't shown on the picture but that was incorrect!!

Normally restrained decorators tend to let loose when decorating toddler bedrooms. After all, the color and pattern palette of kids' furniture and bedroom decor tends to be far more diverse than those for adult bedrooms. You can begin with a few large pieces of kids' furniture, such as a toddler bed, kid dresser and storage shelving. Add a theme or a palette and work from there or just add some simple textiles and wall art for a few decorative accents.

Formerly a popular option for creating a psychedelic style in the '60s, shag rugs are back in a more contemporary form. Made with pile that is longer than one inch, shag rugs are incredibly soft and add depth to your home with their uneven texture. Whether it's a shag rug made from wool, cotton or leather, try using a shag rug to make a major statement in your home.
A glistening chandelier can add that little extra something to your home decor, but you don't need to go big to make a huge style statement. Mini chandeliers, sometimes called chandelettes, work well in a variety of settings and are a popular alternative to large, traditional chandeliers. Think of a mini chandelier as piece of jewelry for your home -- a little can go a long way. If you're not sure where you would use one, try hanging a mini chandelier in one of these places.
