Horrible packaging
Fair product with never seen before packaging...Received 3 items all ripped and damaged with missing parts.

very bad quality
It was very bad experience when I had to return 80 lb box back to OverStock. The package for the bed was very poor and came damaged. when we tried to assemble the bed the wood was damaged and we could not continue to assembly it. The material it was made was very poor kind of wood. I am sure it will not last for few days. The whole bed came in one box wondering how??? With this quality it was way over priced. I am too scare to shop for furniture over the internet any more. Overstock took the bed back and issued a credit without hassles.
