This is a very attractive chandelier. It looks great in our dining room over our oval antique table. It is an oval shape and the shades are not fabric but some sort of glass. It is very striking and although I was not home when my husband and father-in-law installed it I heard no complaints so the install must not have been too difficult. Do check the measurements against your space b/c it is very large. Technically it is probably too large for our dining room but it looks beautiful so I don't care about that. The shipping was speedy as per usual O-stock! Great purchase, we are very satisfied especially given the price!
This light fixture is beautiful, was fairly easy to install, and looks spectacular in my dining room.Take note that it is not round, but rectangular. It is perfect over a rectangular dining table. My table is 40' X 90" and the size of the light complements it perfectly. The room itself is 10' X 12'. By traditional guidelines, the light woudl be considered too big for this size room. I disagree with those guidelines. Because of the rectangular shape, it's just right.It's also considerably less expensive than anything I found locally of similar quality.
the finish is a dark bronse, but looks like black metal in my dining room with deep burgandy walls which worked out just fine. the quality is very good and the price was right. I felt like we got a great deal.
A great value and extremely good looking! It's not round but actually oval and perfect for my great room dining area. The globes are glass, not fabric, cast sufficient light and provides an updated traditional but elegant effect to a tall or large room. You won't be disappointed at all!
