Customer Reviews
Received the stand very promptly....easy assembly....about 20 minutes...did it by myself....no problems....the stand is very sturdy...it is black, which is why I bought it after reading other reviews, is the perfect size for what I needed and I thought the price was fair.
This table is simple, but does the job admirably. Basic black painted metal, sturdy and solid. Glass top sets into the base, and just rests there, is not attached at all. It's not large by any means, but is perfect for setting next to an armchair/recliner to hold a drink, some magazines, the remote, that kind of thing. Assembly was fast and easy, I think it took me all of 10 minutes to put together. I do recommend assembling the entire thing before tightening up all the screws.
Having taken the time to read the other reviews, I already knew this table was going to be coming in black, not the gunmetal gray as pictured. My husband is a master with spray paint and will have it matching our other tables soon. This table was easily assembled by one person (me) with all parts fitting together just as they should. The only problem I found was a rubber end-cap on the one of the legs was missing. A quick call to the manufacturer in Texas, a wait of about three days, and a replacement was sitting on my doorstep. Great customer service! It's a shame to see that this table has sold out. It's a perfect size for small areas.
I was not aware that it came in black and was disappointed when it came. It doesn't match my furniture and I am going to be mailing it back.
From reading other reviews, I was aware that the frame of these tables was black, not gunmetal as we all seem to prefer. However, in less than twenty-five minutes I had both tables assembled and in place. They are smaller than the previous wooden end tables I had, and the glass top opens the room up even more. I have not spray painted them yet, but always have the option. Great looking tables and a really good value.
