Great Picture
I have been looking at this picture for a while now and finally decided to go ahead and buy it. It is very true to the colors shown on the screen with lots of shades of green, gold, tan/beige/light yellow, orange, red and a little purple. The red is not a bright red since it is mixed with other colors so in some places it is more of an "orangey" red and in others it is more of a burgandy red. Overall nice size for hanging over my sofa. With the many colors in the picture, it ties the colors of my room together. It arrived in less than 1 week and was nicely packaged. It already has the hanging wire on it and is very light weight. I opened it and hung it up within about 5 minutes. Although there is writing/squiggles in the picture, I do not find them as distracting as other reviewers indicated. Basically, the writing/squiggles look just like the image on the screen shows them. Since it is an abstract and the "stems" are like paint drips, the overall effect with the colors, squiggles, etc., is appropriate. If you don't like the abstract effects, then I would suggest looking for a more traditional picture. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase and will continue to buy from Overstock.

Great Find!
I almost didn't buy this because of negative reviews concerning the finger squiggles in this art work. Having received it today, I think these quirky elements add to the originality of the piece. Just the modern contemporary look I was looking for! I love the apple red, celadon, and pear green colors that are predominately present. Other warm colors, like gold, orange and yellow-ocre add to the overall texture. The actual painting has a background color of warm yellowish cream- unlike the cool whitish color displayed online. This could be the reason other reviewers were expecting a brighter look. I think the painting is stunning--it visually pops the room! Once again, Overstock has exceeded my expectations with quality, amazing pricing, fast delivery, and a customer service second to none!

OK, so I bought this really hoping it would work out and took one look at it out of the packaging and fell in love almost immediately. This picture is absolutely beautiful! If you are even thinking of buying it......go for it!! Like I said, I give it 5 stars!!!

Great piece
I was hoping for the green to be more of a sage green but the colors were more vibrant than I had expected. It ended up blending with the rest of my furniture well.

Love it
Just like all the other reviews say, love it! The colors are great, you see even more color with the actual pictures, all different shades of green and a bit of yellow orange. It's a show-stopper.

A PRINT on canvas, NOT a painting ... but pretty
I will admit I expected this to be an actual painting on the canvas; I expected globs of oil-based paint curled up in the corners and swirls across the entire surface. This is not that. This a print of the original painting, printed onto canvas. OK, I can live with that. I do see what people are saying about the words that seem to be painted in the center of the painting, and I could have lived without those too. However, it's really not noticeable from any distance, and it doesn't bother me enough to send this back. And I wouldn't; I love the print! It matches my living room decor and adds a touch of brightness to the wall. I love the abstractness of the print, too. I've had lots of people try to guess what the picture is. I've had everything from a field of flowers, to pheasants taking off from a blind in a field, and more. I guess that's what is nice about abstract art, everything has their own interpretation. I also like that the print, since it's on canvas, is very lightweight, so I didn't need any special hangers or anything to hang it on my wall. Overall, I'm quite pleased with this purchase, and would recommend it to anyone who likes it.

I bought this based almost completely on the excellent reviews. I usually prefer a very traditional to transitional style. I thought adding this more modern picture to my family room would be a good idea. It is not the actual abstract painting that is bothering me. One reviewer mentioned the way the canvas is folded and stapled on the back. Yes, I agree it could have been wrapped, but even that I could live with, as most people do not check the back of my paintings. What takes away from this picture is the dull, flat canvas. The colors are more subdued than online, but they are also flat... Like a poor photocopy. The flat sheen takes away from any depth that the picture should offer. ... Just blah. I am sending it back.

Stunning Statement Piece
I needed an oversized art piece to hang in my new home with an open floor plan. I have never owned any kind of artwork that is contemporary, but there was just something about this piece that caught my eye and I wasn't disappointed at all! Out of the box, there was that WOW factor and on the wall it was the missing piece I had been searching for. I highly recommend this. The colors are wonderful and it just pulled everything all together. I've had numerous compliments. The more I look at it, the more I like it. No complaints at all. A keeper for sure!!
