I am so upset with this stand up mixer, the quality is so poor I can not get the beaters to stay in, the hand mixer does not stay on. I am so disappointed with this product. I would like information on how I go about returning this item.

I bought this mixer just before Thanksgiving 2009 - and have used it SEVERAL times for holiday celebrations! It works well with Quick Bread, cake mixes and cookie doughs! It stores away easily and I am SO HAPPY with this little mixer! No complaints from me at all!

For what I paid for it, the value is good. It worked okay. If you want to make a large cake it a little hard. I make a pound cake for Thanksgiving and I needed a mixer and it worked. The workmanship is okay as I said for what I paid for it I am satisfy. What I am trying to say do not expect a mixer that is real durable,.
