This toaster looks cheap. I will returned it, because it had a defect. When toasting two slices of bread, only two sides were toasted and the other two were always pale (All the heating elements were working). The Bagel function (Toasts only one side) worked fine. This deisgn is bad. I will not recommend this to anyone, better safe your money.

One of the buttons fell off. It looks cheap and I don't think this will last very long. If you are planning to buy a toaster, I suggested that you spend a little more to get something more durable.

Great toaster fits with all my stainless steel appliances, very durable, and easy to operate, beautiful all around finish. You can not go wrong with this toaster! Love it.
