Don't call me cheap...just a smart consumer! I purchased the electric kettle for myself and gave the two darling coffee cups and matching placemats as a gift!. I love the kettle, it's quick and easy. The only disapointment is the electric coil shows in the bottom. The more expensive models have it covered. But it works great.

It's everything it claims to be and more than I expected. I ordered a second one for workplace use.

i never thought a kettle would be such a time saver in the kitchen...this kettle was more than what i had expected. not only was it beautiful, it really works. basically, anytime i need hot water for soups boiling potatoes, or just about any dish that requires hot water, poof ready in about a minute. i am grateful for the practicality of having the kettle and use it for more tasks than i had ever imagined. for another bonus, it comes with the cutest mugs and also two place mats. it is a lively addition to any kitchen especially space limited units or college dorm rooms for those late night coffee or tea breaks..... thanks so much overstock!!!!!

It's a great electric kettle, economic and safe. It only takes few minutes to heat water so that I can drink hot water any time I want. The best thing is that I needn't spend money on bottle water any more.

The kettle is really great - fast and safe. And I got one cracked mug when it arrived but Overstock sent me a new one immediately after I filed a complaint. That was really great shopping experience I have ever had.

I ordered this after returning from a trip to Europe where I had developed an addiction to hot tea instead of coffee. The water heats very quickly and I love the color. The mugs are durable and a good size. I LOVE IT!

Hot water fast! It's easier than the microwave and no more burned fingers. The handle is not hot; it's easy to fill and the water remains hot/warm for quite some time. The bonus placemats and cups were nice. The placemats aren't of great quality, but the mugs more than make up for it.

I purchased this for my Mom - who kept burning up her stovetop kettle and not only does it heat up quickly - it looks great on her countertop!

Delivery was quick. The Kaloric electric kettle does a fine job. The water boils fast, the handle stays cool and I like the contours. I use it several times a day and have had no problems so far. I would recommend it.

We're currently living at 7,500 feet above sea level and it takes the regular tea kettle forever to boil on a high gas flame. With this baby, it takes 1/4 the time and we can have our tea. I fell in love with electric kettles in the UK but never had the counter space to devote to one until now. Only problem is, it never really dries out inside. After I pour out the water I prop it open with a wooden spoon but it still doesn't dry completely. Because of the design of the lid, I can't turn it upside down and drain like I do regular dishes. Thanks!

This is such an awesome little kettle. We saw them in Europe--very popular there--but none in the fun and bright colors as this. The cups and placemats make us smile. The water heats fast and we look forward to using it for a very long time!!!!!

I am enjoying the electric kettle and the splash of orange on it always makes me smile as well as the happy cups.

The hot water heater heats very quickly, so I was thrilled to get it. I have found it does not boil enough, so the water is not as hot as it should be. Maybe it needs more use to get the element going! I do use it a lot.
