Purchased this from Overstock. Was excited to receive the unit.From the moment the box was opened, it was nothing but disappointment.Unit is good looking but it does not work properly. It was more of a water fountain than a steam mop.It left so much water that a towel was needed to dry off the surface.Overstock was very good about us returning the item.Overstock Good, Kalorik Bad....
The steam mop works great. It is easy to move around ,it leaves no residue and it uses no detergent. I love it!
I was excited to get a steam cleaner after hearing good things about steam cleaners from a friend. the water fan out of the bottom while using. It did a nice cleaning job but I had to get bath towels out to sop up the water. I was very disappointed.

I bought this model because of the front loading water dispenser - looked easiest to use and it is. Things I was disappointed in - little heavier to move around than I thought and also, found similar model (but different brand) for $20 less at one of the warehouse stores but I did have nice clean, sanitized floors for Thanksgiving.

I received my steamer today. Assembly was two screws and I was ready . My kitchen floor ( laminate)was dark in front of the back door. I was so excited! This machine is not hardy, It's light plastic so you can't push down on it. The cover slips off because it is a draw string and when it gets wet it stretches. The steamer leaves the floor wet , you can't pull it backwards only push forward.Not to give up, I then tried to use it on my laminate floors( Bruce flooring) a wet mess. Be sure to vacuum and mop first before using this product. I spilled coffee on the floor little specs. Never took it up. I cleaned it up with a paper towel. Such a disappointment.
