The item doesn't come as sleek as it looks in the picture, and the material feels kinda cheapy on the outside, but it gets the job done! So far so good!

I was happy with this product until I used it on the High setting. Once I could see the food simmering, the condensation on the lid starting to spit out of the back side of the cooker and got all over my countertop. I had to fold up a paper towel and put it between the lid and the cooker to stop this. Lid definitely needs redesign

I am very satisfied with this crock pot. It cooks perfect, cleans so easy and looks beautiful. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I never thought I would like a slow cooker until I used this one. It is so convenient and easy to use. I mix the ingredients for a stew or chicken soup or whatever in the pot add the right amount of liquid, put the dial on the correct setting and forget about it for several hours. I can to out shopping or visiting or whatever and not worry about a pot boiling over or food burning. The food also turns out delicious---juicy and moist because none of the flavor has boiled away. I use this cooker whenever I can.
