I have the vaccum a few weeks and it's not working. I opened up the canister to clean out the dirt and it wont go back in. I called the company to complain.
This vacum will last about a year. The hose is so cheap. I have had a Kerby for 40 years and the hose is so well designed maybe Im spoiled. I just needed something light for high ceilings. This is a good product for the weight but what a bad cheap plastic hose.
I have a large studio apt, 2 sheddy dogs, and did not want my giant upright anymore.
I took a chance and yea ! No powerhead, but it still works great. I love this little vac. Scored
