this waffle maker makes beautiful waffles. Compact , nonstick and very easy use. It's a great buy. The recipes included in the waffle iron box , are very simple to follow and turn out great waffles. It is such a great buy. I want to look for more kitchen appliance made by Kalorik.

I carefully read the reviews on this waffle maker prior to making my purchase. I must say, the great reviews are true for me as well. The only complaint I have is that the waffles come out a little to thin/flat for my liking. I know this isn't the batter as I have been using the same recipe for years. Honestly, I find this a small drawback for such a wonderful item. It is compact, light, easy to use and easy to clean. 1/2 cup of batter is EXACTLY what this iron takes, and makes a perfect waffle every time. I have recommended this item to my friends and my mom. If you are looking for an alternative to Belgian style, this is the iron for you.
So far, I have been happy with this waffle maker. I have 2 toddlers and they really like the shape and the size is perfect for them because each waffle can be separated into 4 small hearts. The waffles are not as fluffy as Belgium waffles, but perfect for small kids! Cooks up in 2 minutes flat and easy to clean.
This is the first time I've ever purchased a waffle maker. It looked nice when opened the package, but it did not make good waffles when I used it. The waffle browned nicely, however, it was doughy when tasted it. The waffle was quite thin too. I guess I expected a thicker waffle than that. So, overall, this is the first purchase I've ever been dissatisfied with from Overstock. I usually love all the stuff I buy, but not this time unfortunately.
