This deep fryer is like none I've ever used. It isn't a professional unit and I didn't buy it for that purpose. What I like is it's ease of use, straightforward controls, and ability to clean it without making a mess. This last point was probably the most important to me because just the mess others created made me keep oil in the units well past it's due.
