Love It!! I shopped in several stores and all I could find were single level, one double level, but they were both so flimsey, very thin plastic, so I thought there has got to be a well built, efficient, durable two level steamer somewhere out there, so I went to Overstock.com and clicked on small appliances/food steamers and up came the Kalorik Steamer which I immediately placed an order for it; when it arrived I was delighted. Love having 3 levels of steaming so I can cook a complete dinner in it; brown/wild rice (and the bowl is perfect size for 1 cup rice/2cups water and makes perfect rice), steam meat in the second steamer and mixed veggies in the third steamer. I don't use the programmable as I am retired and can set the rice early, then replace rice dish with fish, potatoes in other level and mixed veggies in the remaining level. However, the programmable timer would be good for working folks to come home and their 60 mins cooking time for rice is done. Or, convenient for going shopping or working outside and come in and the rice is ready. I wouldn't put meat/fish, veggies in it for hours before programmed time to come on cause bacteria start something like 20 mins. from sitting out of refrigeration. This is the best steamer I have every purchased and used and I'm bought several steamers in my lifetime. Was happy that they stack easily and the plastic is heavier than any steamers I've looked at on the market. I had concern when ordering it sight unseen, was the plastic going to be any thicker than those steamers I looked at in stores, and I was very happy it was.
