Nice iron for a great price!
The reviews of this iron were a bit mixed when I read them but the overall opinion was that it was a good, quality iron. I completely agree with that. Someone mentioned they didn't like the size of the iron but that is because it has the retractable cord compartment on the base. The size of the iron head is just like any other iron you would buy. I just spent 2 hours ironing with it the other night and had no trouble with any of the features.

Don't Bother!!!
This iron is not good for steaming!!! There are only a few steam holes that work when the steam button is pushed and they leave water spots rather than steam evenly on the garment. It doesn't heat at a temperature high enough to iron cotton or linen either. The cord storage works well but sounds flimsy when used. I was really disappointed in this iron. In short, it looks good but that's it. I'm getting another iron!!!

Big iron
Have only used a few times, but this iron is NOT compact. It is very big, but has a nice retractable cord. The iron heats up well and gets most of my wrinkles out. However, my only complaint is that it is monstrous compared to what the picture looks like.

Good iron
This is a good quality Iron. It has a nice weight, great non stick surface and simple functions without electronics to break. I prefer a heavier iron to get the job done, with lots of steam holes and this one fits the bill. Note that the retractable cord housing is quite convenient to me, but it does add some size to the iron and may keep it from fitting in the standard over the door iron rack. I didnt care about this at all, as I prefer the convenience of the retracting cord.
