The entire product itself was cheap feeling. Wasn't durable. Steamer doesn't even work.

There is a design flaw in the seal of the lid that causes it to pop out on a regular basis. When it does pop out, you usually have to dig the seal out of the water fill pipe in order to reattach it. A simple, permanent seal would have been much better.

I HAVE WANTED ONE FOR AWHILE...BUT MOST ARE TOO EXPENSIVE. THIS ONE IS REASONABLY PRICED. DOES NOT HAVE AN AUTO SHUT-OFF(SOMETHING OTHERS COMPLAINED ABOUT) BUT THERE IS REALLY NO REASON FOR ONE...THERE IS NO WARMING PLATE TO WORRY ABOUT...IT IS A PER-USE ITEM..GREAT BUY!!

Good deal and it works fine. One of the pieces was missing from the package. # 14, the tray that goes under the pot. Have not found online how to get the part.

My last two expresso makers were Krups. They both lasted almost a year and at the end the on off knob broke on both, and they started putting out more steam than expresso. I hope this one lasts longer. I got the Kalorik for the same price and it is pretty much the same type and quality of machine. The expresso seems to be a little stronger which is good. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the workmanship is because when I put the lttle cup in the dishwasher the markings to measure the shots washed off. So far I couldn't be happier with it.

Nice appearance, works well. Good to have my cappucino treats back!

Very pleased with style and overall appearance. Works very well especially the steamer arm. Was a repackaged item, but came to me as if it were new.
