I had looked at several different models and brands before buying this one. I love it. It is a good value for the money. Makes great coffee and has so far met my expectations. I wanted to be able to make good espresso without spending hundreds of dollars for a high-end model. I haven't been disappointed. It is easy to use. However, it took some experimentation to figure out a good process for the coffee and the steamed/foamed milk. The instructions and guidelines included are extremely basic.

This espresso maker is a very good value for the money. I especially like the way it steams milk. The design is extremely attractive and the machine is easy to use and easy to clean. I highly recommend it.

This looks as good as it works. Made some of the best espresso we have ever tasted. VERY easy to keep clean and really nice looking in a modern setting.

This coffee maker looks nice but it certainly doesn't work well. We used this coffee maker less than two months before it started to leak. We only used the thing once a day. It took weeks to get the factory to send us an RMA for a warranty repair. After we finally sent the unti in for repair, the factory service center had it for weeks and when we finally got it back, it failed again within two weeks. Take a pass on this product.

DO NOT BUY! I am so disappointed with this purchase. I have tried and tried and tried unsuccessfully to create ONE TINY cup of espresso with a decent crema. It just has NOT happened. The machine leaks...the espresso is NEVER hot enough...NO crema ever appears...IT'S FAR TOO NOISY ...THERE IS NO WARMING tray ( but warming tray was described in the machine's booklet)... I could go on and on... I regret buying this machine, but cannot afford another one to replace it. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!

After less than 10 uses the pump failed. I am very hesitant to buy from Kalorik again.

Pretty machine. Good cup of coffee. But, my machine also leaks after 2 months of use. This is the second machine sent. Firt one was defective from the start.

I have been wanting one of these for 2 yrs now. The other reviews are right this machine is easy to clean.

good looking and compact. great deal for the $. Used it about a dozen times, a little loud, but nothing major. Makes really good espresso, replaced a more expensive machine with this one and I like it better. Wish they had more would make a great gift.

I really like this machine. The removable water tank makes it so easy to brew several days in a row without constantly filling the water tank. I also like that the tank is plastic and outside of the machine - less residue. Once you turn it on it is ready to brew very quickly. The pump is fabulous and makes a great foam. The Kalorik is visually very appealing, too.

This little machine makes wonderful expresso. I purchase a refurbished model and have had no problems.

Excellent espresso for a moderately priced home machine. Very happy overall.

Great overall value for the cost. We are very pleased with our purchase and would suggest that anyone trying to watch their money and needs this product to buy the Kalorik.It also appears to look much more expensive than it really is.
