Ok..So I purchased this for my husband who wanted a coffee maker that would brew 1 solid cup a coffee at a time. I searched the web, and honestly this was the only coffee pot in the price range I could afford..Under 200$So we put it together and the first thing it does is it will not grind...A messy counter top latter we got it to grind.. 1 coffee pot worthThen when it came to making another pot, the coffee output clog up.Not only is my husband unhappy, but every time we go to use it some other thing happens.Coffee grind pathway clogs, beans get stuck and it wont grind, just wont work.Its been a hassle, pay the extra money and get something better.What a let down.my husband does not even use it.. it only annoys him.the skid.

I bought this product as a gift so I can not comment on durability or workmanship, but I can comment on service. It was the first time I have used ODC and the price was unbeatable, ordering easy, and the product was delivered in a matter of days. I am only sorry I didn't use the international delivery. Next time I will try that.

This is the best small coffee maker with an insulated carafe on the market.You really need the insulated carafe, instead of a heated base, which tends to burn the coffee.The bonus on this model is the built-in grinder.I just hope my girlfriend can figure out how to program it! :-)

Caution! Be aware this machine comes with a 9 oz. mug only and that is the most coffee one can make at a time. I don't know how it is called a 4-cup coffee maker. This is for an individual mug of coffee only. I am sending it back for the bigger model.
