It does come with the settings reversed as stated in the product description but a knife blade to change the double dot to one dot and a dab of white paint to change the 1 dot to 2 and the setting read right now. don't have to adjust all the recipes in the enclosed recipe booklet now either. Good capacity and works well. The clear lid makes it easy to check liquid levels.

This is GREAT, it saves me alot of time in the Kitchen. Knobs are wrong, however the Slowcooker is Awesome!!

This is my first slow cooker and I like it. I got it as a gift so im not sure if he paid to much or not. But it holds alot of food and the rips we made in it was soooo tender they just melted in my mouth.

There is a note inside it saying the Lo & Hi settings were reversed.....I'm going to have to remember that for a long time. Otherwise, it's fine.

This item is defected. The low is actually high and the high setting is actually low and they enclosed a notice about this defect with just reverse the setting when you use it. This is not a good product.
