Although the faucets are in good condition and we do love the swivel feature, we were disappointed to learn that the attachment of the hose was "male" (it normally should be "female"), so we had to go get 4 new hoses that gave us the "female" attachments and it ended up costing us another extra $25 at the local hardware store...
These hidden costs do really bother me, because manufacturer could have included a small section or an adapter parts, but I am not sure why they don't think about this.
If you are willing to spend extra $25 on extra hoses and parts, this is a good faucet.

Love love love these faucets. We bought 2 for a double vanity and set them on the outside!! Since the neck swings around we could install them this way without a problem. Easy to install per my husband. They are fabulous and a total update to our mid-60s house.
Hi lmaretired, unfortunately that option is sold out at the moment. Items are restocked as they become available, however we cannot guarantee an item will be restocked. Please feel free to check back with us periodically to see if the item has returned. Thanks for shopping with us. overstockcustomercare1 on Nov 18, 2013

Thank you for your question.
To adjust the temperatures, usually one would move the handle backward for the hot water and forward for the cold water. To adjust the flow rate, one would move it to the left and right (sideways). Please let me know if you have any further questions. Have a great day!
