K&B OS5T02 5-piece Cocktail Ottoman Set

We ordered this because we were looking for a multifunctional coffee-type table for our family room. We wanted the extra seating, table top (for eating or playing board games), and the storage that the ottomans provide, but the price tag for the other pieces we found were over our budget. This one was considerably less expensive and better matched the red-brown tones of our existing furniture. We are keeping it because the functionality is really great, but I will say that I was disappointed with the appearance of it--the material is very obviously fake plastic-y leather. I knew it was fake but had hoped it would look a little more authentic. It also has a faux marble-like pattern to the material, which I find to be ugly. It is a great size and seems sturdy, and you can comfortably sit on the ottomans and use the table at the same time. So, I still think it was a fair value for the price, I just wish it was prettier. :-)
