  • A family favorite

    We have a family of 5 and we love this couch. It reclines in three sections but the middle section that reclines is a bit tough to figure out and use. I was extremely disappointed there were no instructions with this item. The back cushions only go in certain spots but no instructions were included on how to put it together or how to use the middle recliner. It was quite the process trying to put it together. My husband and I had to use the picture on O.co to determine where the cushions went. Perhaps it would be helpful to post instructions on O.co, or at least explain the middle recliner. My only other complaint is that the cushions are fairly narrow, not uncomfortably narrow just not as wide as our other couch. Other than that I'm very pleased! The couch is soft and comfortable, of high quality and a great buy compared to any furniture store for a leather couch.

    • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? I thought the color was a bit darker, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
