I anxiously awaited my new Jura expresso machine and puirchased a warrantey to little avail. The set up provided no fresh coffeee only water pouring out the bottom of the mackine clearly unfurbished and dysfunctional. I was diasappointed and found little recourse but to return it. The process was not easy faulty machine was not a option for return so i had to say not what I exprected. Eventially after a littel effort I returned it and am still waiting for my full refund. Sadly, I am still making pots of coffeee and not enjoying individually brewed cups of superb coffee.
