  When I first received I freaked out because the box did not say "HD" anywhere - I thought I had received the regular 330 juicer which includes a more breakage-prone screen. However, the instruction booklet referred to a screen with white frame (the color of the original breakage-prone one and the two screens included in the box had yellow/orange and clear amber frames. The clear amber one is the re-spec'd HD screen. So all was good afterall! Other than that, have no prior juicing experience so have nothing to compare it to, but this thing chomps through carrots like nobody's business! Very satisfying chomping sound too. Stringy fibers from a pineapple (used a very ripe one) clogged up the machine so didn't get much pulp but I think it's all about the learning curve. There are many videos on YouTube about how best to use/clean this machine, and its strong points vs other juicers.

  I just got my juicer on Saturday and have used it twice already. I love it! It is very easy to use and clean. It is not as noisy as I thought a juicer would be but it still isn't silent by any means. I got it refurbished from overstock and the only way I could tell it wasn't brand new was because there was no cleaning brush with it (not a big deal tho, I just use a toothbrush to clean the strainer). I have already recommended the juicer to several people and will continue to do so. TIP: I got this from another juicer, you can use the pulp and either add some back to the juice (I like mine to have a little pulp in it) or you can add it to other meals as a great way to add nutrients (scrambled eggs, casseroles, etc).

  My family is choosing to eat more whole foods and this juicer helps keep us focused on our goal. It was not difficult to,figure out how to use and clean up. The size is great for any recipe I have tried so far, and it is an adventure to experiment wIth whatever vegetables and fruits I have in the kitchen. Imwouldmdefinitelynrecommend this juicer, and thenpricemwas a real,bargain.
