This isn't a carpet that you'd want to spend a lot of time laying on - the fibers are coarse and rough. But it IS a s.h.a.g carpet (sorry, apparently the term is considered profanity!!!), after all :) It looks fantastic, vacuums easily, and was a great buy for the money. I've had no problem cleaning up small spills on it, even though I bought the lightest color.

I received this rug and it looks fantastic and doesn't appear to matte easily. Prior reviews complained of shedding, but it has not been a problem for me. I wish it were bigger and will consider getting a second rug and putting them together for a larger overall rug. Really love it!

This rug clearly isn't the best quality (look at the price), but it is perfect for those of us who have pets. It looks great and spot cleans well. Because our floors take a harder hit due to the number of paws tracking through the house, we won't feel bad when the rug has to go. This shag rug allows pet owners to give the room warmth, and the animals freedom around the house with zero financial stress.

For the price, this rug is a good value. You are getting what you pay for. It looks really great (sandstone), but it is not very soft or fluffy. Some threads do come loose, but I vacuumed it right after I got it and now there is minimal thread lose.

Horrible quality, looks completely different than in the picture. Also, the moment you start walking on the rug it loses fibers that end up flying all over the house. I definitely don not recommend this product to anyone.

For the price, great rug. We have been using it for about 2 weeks now, and there is no fabric loss, which is a common problem with these types of rugs. The fabric is a bit longer than it appears in the photo. The picture is true to the actual color. Go get it!

I was not happy with the quality of this rug. It is not a thick heavy rug. You can see the backing through the rug. The yarn is not full enough and the pile lays down when walked on. The backing is not finished off and leaves a sandy grit all over your floor. I would not recommend this rug if you are looking for a soft, plush rug to walk on.
