VERY HANDY FOR SINGLE CUP DURING THE DAY AT WORK, BUT NEEDS TO BE PRIMED IF NOT USED DAILY.

I previously had a Melitta One to One pod coffee maker and was very pleased - but found the parts to be poorly made and several parts broke easily. I like the convenience of the pod system so I wanted to find a similar one when I needed to replace it. The Juan Valdez pod coffee maker is great - and I prefer it to my original. The coffee spout is not set in one place so it adjusts to the height of whatever cup you'd like to use. The machine is noisy, but that is to be expected. I have had no problem with leaks or spills from the water reservoir - which was a definite problem with my previous pod machine. The price is comparable with other pod machines and as such I definitely recommend this!

Purchased this coffee maker to replace the one I had at the office that crashed during a power failure. We had another one recently and no problem. Works well, easy to clean. I would recommend it if you like using the pods.

The product takes several minutes to warm the water and then you have to push a button to start the coffee brewing into the cup. The cup fills only partially and you have to repeat pushing the button multiple times before you get a full cup. Also, the water leaks from under the spout onto the base. It takes my old 4 cup coffee maker less time to brew a good cup of coffee. I would not recommend this product!

Perhaps the pods I bought were not the right ones, but I find the coffee to be weak!. I like strong coffee
