A bit stiff.
Overall it looks really nice. It comes with the pillows, easy to put together, has an adjustable chaise, lays back, and has storage. But, after two weeks, it has loosened up a bit, it is still relatively stiff. Also, be weary of the deliverers. On the box it has a big exclamation to not use a box cutter. Later that night I noticed where the fabric had a ripple effect of where it snagged onto the box cutter. Not necessarily Overstock's fault, but something to be on the look out for. For the amount, and the style, it's manageable.

ARMS WERE VERY HARD TO HOOK ONTO SIDES OF SOFA.UNLESS YOU ARE 5''7 OR BELOW THE SOFA IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO SIT ON AND WORSE AS A BED, VERY HARD..

Great purchase
I looked quite a bit for a smaller sectional sofa and was thrilled to find this one at Overstock. It arrived in just a few days and was fully assembled in the box where all I had to do was put the pillows on the sofa. The one aspect of the sofa that I didn't see in the description or reviews is that the longer cushion of the sectional is reversible...can be put on either the left or right side as the underneath ottoman piece is moveable. This is a great selling feature in my opinion that makes it even a better item.

POOR!!!
I do not recommend this sofa. It looks very nice, big on the picture only. Assembly was quite difficult with no instructions and holes not lining up properly (the main assembly is attaching the arms). Mind you, my husband has assembled many things in the past with ease. This was just pourly designed. When we finally got it assembled and tried it out it was quite stiff and uncomfortable. I was disappointed that it is very cheap made and small. The value is just not there.
