good buy
very comfortable as a chair. quite firm as a bed, however a 1 inch foam topper improves the sleeping experience quite a lot. good neutral color, thick, sturdy fabric, and very easy to transform between chair and bed, with pull-out legs that are cleverly hidden behind zippers and invisible when in chair position. nice, clean lines and modern aesthetic.

perfect for my small apartment
The photos of this chair/day bed don’t do it justice at all -- the cream color is really luscious in person -- almost like a natural vanilla that is really soft to the touch. The action moving it from bed to chair and back is smooth, easy and super quick. This unit is perfect for my small apartment and now, with my couch, I can have two overnight guests, no problem.

Excellent design, very comfortable
We got the Jolene Cream Fabric Convertible Chair and Day Bed for our guest room so that we could have a comfortable option for having an additional overnight guest, since the bed in the guest room only sleeps 2. It’s a very comfortable chair too and now the guest room has become my favorite reading room. With a nice ottoman to be able to kick up my feet, this chair, with a couple of cushy pillows, is a perfect daytime retreat.

Chair
I didnt think it was as great as those that raved about it did, but it is fairly nice. Be careful when you do the simple assembly as unbeknowst to you your fingers will be black and then you will naturally touch the fabric ....... and it doesnt come out. Chair looks ok, nobody has had to sleep on it yet. It is not something you would really want to curl up on but it is sufficient seating for an office, etc.

I love this chair/bed
I see a lot of good reviews there for the red one. I am happy to find Overstock have cream option which match our other furniture collections better. I love this chair/bed. It is very comfortable and easy to set up. It's a cool, simple design. I'd buy it again.

Worked in a crunch
Bought as a spare bed for overnight guests. Definitely needs a mattress topper as it is very hard, but I read that before I bought it. There is no support under the two parts that fold out, so you'll need something to support the leg portion. Also, warn guest to sit down on the center of the bed and then lay down as the bed is somewhat unstable. Looks fine as a chair, although I wouldn't sit on it....too hard. Bought some large pillows to brighten it up. Cream color is pretty and versatile. Overstock was wonderful about following up for the missing piece!!! Kudos to them.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Arrived missing one rubber tip for a leg, but that was promptle resolved via a quick email to Overstock.com. The bed has no support when opened for the lower or upper ends, so the leg portion sags. Will need to find a box or low bench to put under it the next time I have a guest.

Excellent Choice!
This is great for a den or small apartment. I first read some reviews where someone had to build a footrest to support the bottom when it was opened but there are metal legs hidden under the zippers. It is a bit hard so do get a foam top.

Great chair!
Searching for an oversized chair was a challenge - I took my chances (never before ordered furniture online) and i was sooo pleased. The chair is exactly what I wanted. Somewhere to sit - very cozy - and the plus is it turns into a sleeper. The only thing to keep in mind, as a sleeper, it is very low to the floor. If that is not an issue this is the chair for you.

Very hip and modern
The only thing I would say about this day bed is just like the other reader of recommending a foam top I opted for a twin feather bed to put over it as it is a little to stiff for my liking. Even sitting on it is pretty hard but with the limited space in my second bedroom I'm incredibly happy with it. I would definitely recommend this day bed.

Just Add Pillows!...The Perfect Couch
Beautiful couch. Fits perfectly in the corner of my office and love the fact that it turns into a sofa bed. Just the right size and very firm and comfortable. Very happy that all of the parts were there and no damages were found. It took my hubby about a half an hour to assemble...very simple, easy, and stress free. Definitely worth the money. I highly recommend this piece...you will not be disappointed as this couch will add a nice modern touch to any room.
