Cannot mount with bar
No where in the description does it say that it cannot be mounted to a shelf with a bar underneath. It should describe mounting options as where would one have a shelf with no bar? It would take up over half the space in the tower so that would be useless. It is also wider than it would take to hang 9 pairs of pants.
