This little gadget helped quell some marital dispute between my daughter and son-in-law. You see my daughter complained about her husband taking TWO hours to get ready for work as a police officer. When I asked her why didn't she just iron his uniform for him, she replied that he wouldn't "let" her! (Seems he's a little OCD about his uniform, LOL.) So I bought the steamer as a gift for my son-in-law and he lis quite pleased with the job it does on his uniform and my daughter is pleased that it takes less time than the ironing. Now does anyone know of an automatic boot shiner? ; )

I really like this little steamer. It holds enough water to steam one or two garments and it does a nice job of getting out the wrinkles. It's the perfect size for what we need. I actually bought it for my son who HATES wrinkles and doesn't know how to iron! He used to have one of the large, floor type of steamers but it was bulky to store between uses. This little one goes in the bathroom cabinet and is ready to steam just minutes after you plug it in. It is about the size of a small thermos so will also be convenient for travel.

we bought this steamer 2 months ago works well but it tends to clog and stpo easy. you have to clean it out every time you use it or mineral deposits build up fast water turns brown from the heating elements and it sill stain watever you are steaming sorry product.

Nice little powerful handheld steamer. Works good. My only gripe is there is no on/off switch. Basically once you plug it up, you better be ready to steam becuase it steams constantly until you unplug it again.

The heating element broke after two weeks so I had to return the item. The design is very basic with no switch on the unit, has to be turned on/off at the wall socket. A lot of hot water was ejected with some force as the unit heats up so it is not suitable to delicate fabric like silk.

This has to have a transformer for use in the UK, not just an adapter. I bought one and the whole thing worked for a minute and then stopped. If you want this for shipping to the UK then forget it and buy a local one instead.

Great product. Good handheld steamer. I use this instead of an iron.

I agree with another reviewer -- there's no on/off button. However, it works really well. Not sure if it's the case with all steamers or just this one, but it doesn't work well on heavy cottons. Otherwise, I would've rated it as Excellent.

Great, heats up fast, i used it to take with me for any last minute wrinkles on my wedding dress, it was GREAT. I could even put it right onto the material with no issues.

By all accounts it seems to do the job. A bit larger than I would like and I thot a bit expensive but seems to do the job. To be used for travel which as I stated could be a bit smaller.

I like this little steamer - I read other comments and agree with those who give it thumbs up. I do manage to take care of five items at least (not just two like other buyers said) in one run and it heats up fast and steams steady, light weight, easy to use.

I owned one of these before and I dropped it and it broke (dropped it many time before, this time it just did the trick). I purchased a stand up steamer that just wasn't as good and I sent it back to buy this again. The steam didn't seem as hot. This steamer has never failed to get out a wrinkle. I use it all the time, not just for travel. I keep it in a safer place now, so it won't fall off the dresser. I have recommended it to friends.

First, the steamer was delivered in record time! Second, it works really well...I am now using it in the laundry room -- when I take clothes out of the dryer -- I hang them and use the steamer to get the wrinkles out right then and there. No more ironing.. I can also travel with it...which in Europe, means alot...no ironing boards in the rooms at the hotels I stay at...

This steamer is a great item. Use on a vacation, or at home. I needed this for travel, it was a great, got all the wrinkles out. A real helper, I must say.

I got this steamer to use for wedding dresses when we had to travel out of town for our son's wedding. It worked great on the girls' dresses!

I wanted a light weight travel steamer and this really fits the bill. It heats quickly and works well. What a wonderful product!
