Poor quality
This item was shipped in a timely manner and came in three boxes as listed on the website. The issue was the quality of the sectional. There seemed to be white hair (from an animal either dog or cat I'm assuming) all over the bottom of the cushions when opened. Furthermore, there were no holes drilled into the base of the sofa and the back of the sofa to screw the back into place. My husband literally had to CUT holes to make this work for the sofa part of the sectional. As a result, the back is not sturdy at all. The chaise part of the sectional DID have the holes cut out (which made no sense). Another issue was the sofa cushions. None of them came with velcro backing and we had to go out and purchase industrial velcro to keep the cushions in place. This cost about $** for a box and two boxes had to be ordered. Not terribly expensive, but an inconvenience and unexpected expense non the less. This honestly was one of the worst furniture purchases I have ever made. It is no fault of overstock, just the horrible manufacturer that produced this. We both agreed that we might have gotten a return as there was fur all over the product when it came straight out of the boxes. Overstock offered a return, however we had already cut holes into the base of the sofa to make this work and purchased the velcro that was applied to the backs of all the cushions. Would buy other items from Overstock, just not this sofa.
