Initial box arrived damaged--but Overstock took care of it immediately and sent a replacement ASAP. This took less than 2 hours to put together, and so far, seems to be working well. I love all the storage for our DVDs. We are using this with a 73" projection TV, and it is perfect for something that size.

I purchased this TV stand from Overstock a few weeks ago, and was very happy with the final product. The quality of the pieces is excellent, very heavy and all arrived in perfect condition. It does take a little while to put together, but if you have 2 people it would go fairly quickly. However, I am a 25 yr. old girl and was able to put it together by myself with only a screwdriver, so it is definitely possible to do on your own! The final product is great, it looks much more expensive than it was, and saved me hundreds on a nice TV stand. The amount of storage space is FANTASTIC. My only complaint is that it is hard to get the doors exactly right on the hinges, and if not then the door can be a little slanted if you don't line it up exactly.I would highly recommend this unit for anyone that wants an expensive looking piece without spending a fortune!

The workmanship and appearance are perfect for our den area. Exactly what we needed to stand my 40" television on. The only drawback is the amount of time it took to assemble the product. There are lots of pieces that must be assembled. Set aside alot of time to put it together. I would also recommend that the holes for the cables in the center part of the product be made larger (especially for direct tv components.

This tv stand is worth every penny & time assembling it. Its neat, clean & looks great with my new 52" LCD. Even my kids love it. Great job overstock!

Love it. Finally found something that holds and hides all my media and doesn't look cheap while still being affordable. It did take a long time to put together but the instructions were very clear. Thank you!

We are very pleased with our purchase of this console. It actually is more attractive in person than online. I had done my shopping before this purchase and looked at many TV consoles in a variety of stores and was never able to find something that fell within my price range and was attractive as well as providing a good amount of storage in addition to convenient storage for the DVD player and game system. This system had it all. It is extremely well made and hides what you want to hide while conveniently locating those items you want to access easily. The product is heavy and the assembly is a bit involved, but worth it. I am always a bit apprehensive about buying "furniture" type products online, but could not be more pleased with this purchase.

The item took over week to receive. Not as promised. The unit is nice, strong & fantastic looks. Very clean lines. It took two people about 2 hours to assemble. Tons of storage.

We are extremely pleased with the TV console that we ordered. Not being very handy, our son-in-law put it together with ease although it took quite a long time. He said there were many little pieces that had to be glued in, but all in all, the directions were very clear and concise.

Looks Great~! IT Can store all of my dvds and more...(I have over 150 of them). Assembling was a bit of hassel but came out great at the end. I'm so glad I don't have to look at dusty piles of dvds anymore in my old console~ Best part is, it looks like it's worth more than what I pay for~

I purchased this item for my 50 inch plasma TV and it complement my TV very well. It arrived very fast . It took my boyfriend about over 2 hours to put together but the end result was good. I have it in black and it looks good with the rest of my furniture.

My husband just put this together and he had no problems. It came very well packaged, which was a good thing because it took some abuse from UPS. He said the instructions were well-written, but did not completely explain that all the dowels should be glued (which is supplied). Everything fit well and it is a handsome piece of furniture. The veneer looks just like black-stained wood with a realistic texture. Handles are a cheap plastic, but look fine and they shouldn't get much use, anyway.I do want to mention that the photo used by Overstock is inaccurate, This unit is also made in a 42 inch model and that is what is pictured. The sides are not flared - they must have used a wide-angle lens. There is no chemical odor from the MDF, which was a relief. Overall a great piece of furniture!

This TV stand is perfect my wife and I were looking for a wood TV stand that was stable and would hold our flat screen TV, we ordered this and have been so impressed with this stand. The stand looks extremely nice and assembled easily. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a quality wood TV stand buy this stand it really has been such a great purchase.
