ITS BETTER THAN THE SHEET I WAS USING!
GOT THIS EXPECTING IT TO BE AS SOFT AS OTHER CHENILLE BLANKETS THAT I HAVE FELT, BUT IT WASN'T. IT IS NICE AND THICK FABRIC THAT FIT MY FUTON WELL. I DON'T HAVE A SUPER THICK MATRESS, AND I WAS WORRIED THAT THERE MIGHT BE TOO MUCH SLACK SO IT COULD FIT THICKER MATRESSES. FORTUNATELY IT FITS PRETTY GOOD, SO IF YOU HAVE A THICK MATRESS, IT MIGHT BE A VERY TIGHT FIT. THE COLOR IS DEEP AND DARK LIKE RED WINE. IT HAD AN ODOR WHEN IT ARRIVED, SO I LAUNDERED IT FIRST. THE TAGS ON IT SAID "DO NOT MACHINE WASH" , BUT IT IS MADE OUT OF COTTON AND POLYESTER, WHICH IS HIGHLY WASHABLE, SO I IGNORED THE TAGS. WHEN ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, THE PILLOWS HAD A COUPLE OF SMALL SPLITS IN THE SEAMS. (CHEAP STITCHING). THE FUTON COVER HAD NO INJURY (THANK GOD!). ALL IN ALL, A DECENT PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE I PAID.

Cushions are amazingly comfy!
I would have enjoyed it if the cover were softer, however the cushions make up for any disappointment I might have felt!

Nice heavy fabric
and an excellent fit. The color is actually a very dark cool burgundy, not warm as I was expecting. All the same, it works with the other colors in the room. The cover just took a few minutes to slip onto the futon and the fit is excellent. The fabric has the feel of upholstery, something I didn't find with the futon covers at our local furniture store for more $.

Great value!
This futon cover was a great value for the money. The futon shop wanted almost 3 times as much and no pillows either! There was a strong factory odor at first but with some airing out and a few shots of Febreeze, it's perfect!

futon luver
This is a very nice slip cover, it has no back. I need a back, if I didn't, this slip cover would be perfect! Unfortunately my futon"s behind is showing so I had to send it back: because I need a cover, not a slip cover. That said , the fabric is true to the picture, it is heavy, well constructed and smells like horses, hanging outside awhile is a good idea. If it had been a futon cover I definitely would have kept it.
