I bought this ottoman to match a high end black leather couch & a chair also purchased on overstock.com (Black Bonded Leather Accent Chair). The ottoman has clean lines & the color matched well with the couch & chair. The leather finish is smooth. The ottoman is nice cause it is not a small square box, but it is not as big as a coffee table either. it was wider & went well with the height & width of the chair. I can have my feet up on it & my cat will sit beside my leg on the ottoman or my laptop there at a good height. Sturdy Construction. I will say if my heel has been resting on a spot all night there is a "dent" but it pops back up overnight. The piece has gotten some creases in the leather cause it is getting broken in. Looks fine. My dog did a skid across it and left a dull mark with the nails. So if this will bother you - the leather may be too smooth for your needs. I bought it understanding it will get some character marks. So far after a month - it looks great & I am happy with the size, softness, and quality.

I've been looking for the "perfect" ottoman for quite some time. Went to several stores, brought home something different every week. I had to take the ottoman back the next day. Finally, after looking on line I found exactly what I wanted at Overstock. I love it because it has a dual purpose---a place for my feet or as a nice place to put a magazine and my reading glasses. I've purchased several things from O and have never been disappointed.

Three years ago when ordering from Overstock a wonderful, large round black ottoman/coffee table for 1/3 of the store prices, I did not anticipate fostering for a year a bulldog with very sharp nails. Rather than make repairs, Overstock prices makes it easier to buy new. The smooth lines and curves of this smaller ottoman meld so well with my black leather club chair that I have a set instead of a mismatched replacement. The ottoman is large and sturdy enough for extra seating and light enough to push away for cleaning. . And, as usual, the order arrived quickly and well-packaged.

We bought 2 of these ottomans. We have a large sofa and didn't want a huge ottoman also. These are perfect. We can push these anywhere we need them. They also make great extra seats.

The ottoman was larger than I anticipated. It also happend to higher than the seat of my couch, which was a deal-breaker. It is well made and provides a large flat surface for a placemat or tray. I was concerned that the fine leather would easily scratch.

The ottoman exceeded my expectations. It is a perfect fit for the location I wanted it for. It is very versatile , I use it for a coffee table, foot stool, chair and puppy bed. My dogs love to sleep on this ottoman during the day.

Wanted an ultra contemporary ottoman that could also be used as a "coffee" table. This fits the bill. It's sleek style and size works well in my contemporary decor! Bought two and they work great for my dual-purpose use.

This piece did not hold up. I expected much more for the little use that it actually had. The top is falling of -not worth the money.

I ordered the ottoman for my husband, and since the moment it arrived he had been like a kid on Christmas over it. He absolutely loves it! I'm not a leather person, but I have to admit that I love it too. It is just so sleek and modern looking, yet still so comfortable and homey with it's rounded edges. We have a black leather club chair from Best Buy (which cost roughly $$$$), and it always needed the perfect ottoman to complete itself. It honestly looks like the ottoman came with the chair. So highly recommended!

I love my new ottoman. It is a pretty little leather ottoman with a nice shape that is more modern than the ottomans I saw when I was growing up. It is also a little larger than simple cube ottomans, just large enough to fit my living space. I didn?t need a large cocktail ottoman or a storage piece, either. I just needed something to rest my feet on. This ottoman suits my needs admirably.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas - his choice - and it's very attractive. It's quite large but not heavy at all to move around and looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture. Perfect height for my long-legged hubby and plenty big enough for us to share!

This was the best purchase ever. The leather is of fine quality and the style and size are just what I wanted.

As usual from Overstock, arrived very quickly, well protected packaging. The color is great and no assembly required. Appears to be quite sturdy. I intend to use it a a foot rest, to put drinks and snacks on (with a tray) and extra sitting if needed.

This black leather ottomon fits our space and works well with our other furnishings. Comfortable. The right height to put your feet up with our club style chairs. No assembly required. Was shipped with packaging to protect the contents. Definitely a bargain for the price.

I bought 2 of these to serve multifunctionally as a coffee table and extra seating, when needed. They are beautiful, classy and comfortable. However, they are VERY lightweight and move out of position at the slightest touch on a hardwood floor. I may consider opening the bottom lining and adding some type of weight inside as it's irritating to constantly have to move them back in place. Also, I think they cost about $50.00 more than they should. However, if the price ever comes down below $100.00, I'll buy 2 more.

This ottoman is far superior to any I've seen in local furniture or discount stores for the money. Some I looked at were twice the price and of lesser quality.

This is perfect for my media room downstairs. It is going to work well as a coffee table for my red sectional. We plan to use it not only as an ottoman for a black leather chair in the room, but also to set snacks on while watching movies. It is sturdy enough that my six-year-old can sit on it to play his video games (looks better than having a gaming chair in the room), and is wide enough that two people could prop their feet on it at the same time. Quality is the best, so don't hesitate to buy this one.

Exactly what I expected. Perfect condition and shipped right away. Good quality! Would have loved a bigger one, but just couldn't pull the price.

We received the ottoman soon after placing the order. Assembly was very easy and the quality of the ottoman is great. The picture you see does not do it justice. Highly recommend this piece if you are looking to fill a smaller space. Very nice dark brown color.
