If words could only describe
Just received our new bed. We were away for 2 weeks, but the shipping company was very cooperative and held it for almost 3 free of charge. The guys we very courteous and hauled away all of the trash, leaving us with only the bed, which we decided to assemble ourselves. My husband and I assembled the entire bed in less than 5 minutes because the pieces matched up EXACTLY. The bed is absolutley beautiful and the experience with Overstock customer sevice exemplary. Could not be happier or more pleased. It is very difficult to find a California King bed anywhere, let alone one this gorgeous and at a great price. Thanks Overstock

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The bed arrived in perfect condition and fit together without tools!
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Well, didn't know exactly what "caviar" color was, but color matched site very closely.

Overstock oversized items
BEWARE when ordering oversized furniture items from Overstock! The 1st bed did not ship from Overstock within the quoted 10 business days. It only shipped when I called to check on the status. When the bed finally arrived, it had a manufacturing defect such that one of the legs would not screw in correctly. I contacted Overstock for a replacement and was informed that they would try to expedite shipping only to be informed later that it would not ship for another 9 business days. Plus, it takes 1-4 weeks to arrive once it ships! Very disappointing to say the least! I will update my review when I finally receive the next bed.
