I never received the chairs. One of the chairs was broken - a leg - which Overstock did attempt to fix - or at least it was to be fixed by the delivery service. Overstock did email me pictures of the chair on 2 different occasions and gave me the option of continuing delivery or refund. At first, I chose to have the chair fixed. However, I was later informed it could not be fixed and they would refund my money or send another chair and reimburse me $50. Since the chairs were expensive, I did not want to take a chance that there may be a problem with the chair legs in the future and I also did not want to wait additional time for another delivery (it was a lengthy process). Overstock was very good about keeping me informed about the status of the chair.
