  • Beautiful couch!

    I ordered this couch and after a month of wait time for shipping it showed up completely destroyed. I refused the couch and sent it back. I called and was given the cold shoulder the first time and was told to either get a refund or wait the same amount of time for a replacement. I am currently waiting for the replacement. The second time I called, the lady was much nicer but really didn't resolve anything and I am still waiting for the new couch to leave the warehouse. They do not compensate you at all for any inconvenience you may have , just an I'M sorry. The couch seems to be of very high quality but as far as comfort I don't know. I will never buy a large item from overstock ever again!

    • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color is a little lighter than the picture but still is very nice!
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. This couch seems to be very high quality!
