J.K. Adams Medium Kangaroo Slanted Knife Block

I love the knife block. It's a nice clean, smooth, attractive maple that goes with any decor. With the rubber type feet it stays in place on my counter without sliding around. My knives look great in it. My only complaint, or I would have given it five stars, is that the knife slots go right through the bottom. I was going to use the bottom row of slots for my steak knives but the tips of them poke through the bottom of the block and touch my countertop so instead I had to double them up in the upper slots. I use the lower row for paring knives/shorter knives instead. So the bottom either needs to be closed or the block needs to be a bit deeper if steak knives are going to fit where I thought they should. Otherwise I'm very happy with the purchase, it looks great in my new kitchen!
