Not the color I expected
The price was great. The color was wrong. I was expecting a beige, or creme color. It's more like a yellow, or custard, which doesn't match with my apartment. I thought the red color in the rug would be subtle, but paired with the yellow, it kind of looks tacky.

great -- for the price
I was looking for an 'oriental' carpet to cover a bedroom wall-to-wall until I could replace it, so I didn't want to spend a fortune. I love wool and silk 'faded' looking carpets and thought I'd try this one because of its subtlety. I am very happy with the quality, based on the price, but the colors are not as muted or understated as they showed on my monitor. The colors are very distinct and the overall impression is definitely of tan and olive green, with punches of red -- not a muted taupe or tan. It's an attractive carpet if these are the colors and vibrancy you want. And, as for the quality, much, much better than inexpensive runners I purchased at a big box store. One more point: a lot of out-gassing for a week or so. But, generally, it serves my needs well and I'm enjoying it.

beautiful rug
I purchased this rug and I could not believe the price that I gave for such a beautiful item. The rug is plush and soft with great detail. The color is more of a taupe than ivory. I really wanted a darker color than ivory, I was pleased. I will always check overstocked before I purchase a rug. They seem to have great quality with fantastic prices.

Not as expected
Have received the rug last week and not to happy with the actual product. The colors on the image/screen are very soft and calming, but not in person, they are very contrast and the carpet are very thin, not recommended for any buyer who has baby to playing around.

Fantastic Rug!
This rug is great. I wanted an area rug to put over our tile floor ro protect our newly crawling baby from hurting his head. This rug is great. I also purchased from overstock a carpet pad to go underneath it. The combo is great. My kids have fallen on it, and no injuries. The carpet look sgreat. Looks much more expensive than it was. I have received many compliments on it.

Very Good Value
This rug is a solid bargain. I shopped around and no one had prices as low as Overstock for a rug of this size. I am very pleased with the quality. The rug looks great in my living room!

Looks Different
The color on this rug is totally off. This is a bold, bright pattern, not muted as it appears on the site. I will keep it since it is in a room we don't use much, but I would not have purchased it had I seen it beforehand. Quality is not great, but you get what you pay for.

Love this rug!
My rug was delivered yesterday and it is exactly what I wanted! I was nervous about ordering something online and not being sure that the colors would be what I wanted, but I was not disappointed. The colors are more defined than they appear online, but aren't bright. The rug works perfectly in my living room. My only suggestion if you plan on purchasing this rug is to order the non-slip mat to go underneath if you are placing this rug on a tile floor.

Not even close...
I received this rug today and it's going back. (Customer service was very helpful!) Let me describe the colors in the rug as I saw them (if this would be helpful to anyone ordering) The Ivory was more of a cafe au lait, the red was a burgundy red, the green was somewhere between sage and olive. The overall rug is busy looking , not subtle as shown on the site. I would say it's mostly cafe au lait, burgundy and black, and you hardly notice the green and rose. Don't be fooled by the picture, as I said the colors were not even close to what is depicted!!
