I just got my new pillow and I am truly impressed with it! The cover is very nicely tailored and the pillow is soft and subtle. It is a low profile 4" thick pillow, which I prefer. I saw other reveiws on this product saying it was too thin. I saw thicker pillows offered by the same manufacture "Intergrity Bedding", they just need to look!Overall I am thrilled with this pillow!
Overall an item comparable to the money invested, but the cover that was to be included was not in the packaging. I don't like the fact that the item must be spot cleaned (not washing machine compatible) but for the price, replacement will not be a stress factor. Would I purchase this product again? Probably not, but only time will tell if it meets my standards for comfort and longevity. But it was worth the price when I consider I can recycle the product for pet bedding when I no longer am satisfied with it.
To me, the pillow is a nice quality pillow. A little too thin for side sleeping. The pillow is softer w/o the included cover, IMO. The pillow conforms pretty well to your head. I think it is a bit on the firm side. It gets firmer when cold and I wake up with a sore head.
